The Top 20 Most Influential People in Real Estate Social Media

During recent years the innovative platforms (Blogging, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) loosely labeled “Social Media” have allowed a new group of people to rise to national awareness and build notable circles of influence. Most of theses people are agents, entrepreneurs, and/or mid-level managers within large companies. Few, if any of the most active, hold a C-level executive position within a large national corporation. The influence of the people on this list is undeniable and we expect to see many of them pop up in senior executive positions in the not too distant future. However as the SP200 ranks the most powerful people in real estate, and influence is only one component of power, we did not think any of these influential people ranked in the top 200. Many were however ranked between 200-300 and therefore we decided to include this special category called Social Media so that we can track these key players within this growing phenomenon.
