Co-CEOs, Keller Williams Realty
Overall Rank: 12
Category: Corporate Execs
Category Rank: 6
Heller and Davis are co-CEOs and operate as a joint leadership team for Keller Williams Realty. In 2016, they collectively continued Keller Williams’ outstanding worldwide growth, which saw the brand’s agent count surpass 150,000, a new world high mark for agent count for any residential real estate brokerage. Disproving cynics that its not only about headcount, Keller Williams also saw its sales volume jump an impressive 18.9 percent to $260 billion, now larger than both Coldwell Banker and Century 21.
In 2012, as president of KW Worldwide, Heller launched the first Keller Williams regions outside of North America and oversaw the company’s international growth strategy. His San Diego real estate team, Chris Heller Team, has sold more than 100 homes per year for the last two decades, and over 3,000 total. The brand is now in over 30 countries and regions. Heller got his real estate license at age 20 and was named “Rookie of the Year” in his first year in the business.
Davis has more than 20 years’ experience as a Keller Williams agent, team leader, operating partner and regional leader. As a team leader, he turned the Southlake-DFW market center into one of Keller Williams’ most profitable offices – a pattern he replicated in market centers and regions throughout the company. Since 2012, Davis has led the Keller Williams Growth Initiative, a company-wide recruiting and accountability program that has fueled historic agent count, productivity and profitability gains.
