A subset of the main SP200 List, the SP200 Technology Executives list acknowledges executives with technology companies who primarily serve residential real estate brokerage companies.
Seven years into his tenure as CEO, Rascoff, 41, has Zillow Group humming on all cylinders. It operates the world's most popular real estate site in Zillow, is building a comprehensive data management platform epitomized by the acquisition of Bridge Interactive Group, and saw the company's market cap climb to $6.5 billion.

His immediate effect included a significant rebrand of flagship brand realtor.com, a bold new marketing campaign for realtor.com helped grow traffic by 65 percent to over 50 million monthly visitors and won three coveted “Webby awards.”

As long-time manager of data giant CoreLogic’s real estate division, Bennett oversees one of the nation’s largest MLS technology service providers. CoreLogic’s Matrix platform is used by over 500,000 brokers and agents in MLSs throughout the country. In 2016, CoreLogic introduced its Trestle product.

After joining Zillow in its infancy in 2007, Schwartz built the firm’s sales and revenue operations from the ground up. He is now responsible for sales and business strategy for Zillow Group’s full brand portfolio. Schwartz previously served as vice president of advertising at CNNMoney and as a national accounts director for Yahoo!’s Automotive and Finance divisions.
