Drayer’s Revaluate uses big data algorithms to predict which portion of an agent’s contacts will most likely to transact soon. In 2016, the firm launched its prospect ranking tool Revaluate Pro.

Fathom Realty

Harley founded North Carolina-based agent flat-fee brokerage Fathom Realty in 2010 and it has taken off. The company nearly quadrupled sales volume to $1.8 billion between 2013 and 2016 and today has 1,200 agents oper-ating in 18 states but with no brick-and-mortar offices.

Slunaker leads Colorado’s largest MLS, REColorado, and continues a bold expansion strategy. In 2016, the MLS also began accepting listings from MLSs and associations throughout the state for display on its public-facing website at no charge.

Shelley Specchio

Specchio, the CEO of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS, which covers Reno, South Lake Tahoe and a number of other cities in Nevada, has been named CEO of central Indiana’s MIBOR, effective Feb. 1, 2017. MIBOR serves approximately 7,500 members.

Taufen runs the day-to-day at Inman, the industry’s most powerful news site. She has played a critical role in the site’s recent resurgence, which includes its thriving contributor program, its new Select membership product and its regional news feature.
